Insured Shipping

All fine jewelry purchases are fully insured from the moment they leave our studio until they reach your door. This insurance is included at no additional cost, giving you peace of mind with every order.

Standard Shipping

• Orders are carefully packaged and shipped with tracking.

• Standard shipping times vary by location and will be provided at checkout.

• All packages are sent with a tracking number. Orders over $250.00 are also insured.

Expedited Shipping Options

For customers who need their jewelry quickly, we offer expedited shipping via UPS and FedEx:

• UPS Express

• FedEx Priority & Overnight

Expedited shipping is available upon request and at an additional cost. Please contact us before placing your order if you require rushed delivery so we can confirm availability and timing.

• All packages are sent with a tracking number. Orders over $250.00 are also insured.

• Delays & Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact your local postal service first. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

• Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Jezebel’s Jewel is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Returns & Exchanges
