All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Custom or made-to-order jewelry may take additional time; estimated timelines will be provided at checkout or via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Flat rate $10.45
Delivery delays may occur during high-volume periods, holidays, or due to carrier issues.
Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

All orders include tracking information, which will be emailed once your package has shipped.
International Shipping

International shipping is available to select countries. Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
Order Tracking

Damaged or Lost Packages

Jezebel’s Jewel is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.

If your package arrives damaged, please get in touch with the carrier directly to file a claim. We’re happy to assist with documentation if needed.
Shipping Address Accuracy
